With the Smart Feeder, you can set up automatic feedings for your pet, with personalized portion sizes and scheduled times.

Removable Food Container

The Smart Feeder can hold up to 6.5 lbs dry food. Convenient, humanized design, simple setting. Easy to remove and clean - Keeps your pet's food fresh and free of bacteria.

Pet-Proof Locking

Prevents air from entering the container and keeps your pet's food fresh. The one-way pull back lever is NOT able to be opened by your pets. This ensures that your pet cannot access the inside of the feeder.

Select "+“ to Add a Device in APP

Press "+" to add whichever DOGNESS device you have purchased. Follow the steps for directions for use and then press "Next"

Press & Hold down Button for 5 Seconds

Press and hold down the button for 5 seconds. You will hear a "DING-DONG" and the green light will start flashing SLOWLY. This means you are ready to connect.

Enter Wifi Info

Enter your Wifi Password. Again, please make sure your router is set on the 2.4 setting. After you have entered your password, select "Confirm this network" if the information you have entered is correct.

QR Code Scan

To ensure that the QR Code matches up with the camera, hold your cell phone about an arm-length away from the camera face of the DOGNESS device. Then move your phone slowly towards the DOGNESS device so the camera can read the QR code accurately. You will hear a "BEEP". Wait for the percentage to load.
