A: The overall width of the basket, including to the edges of the suction cups, is 26 1/2 inches wide. From the middle of the suction cup (top ones) to the next one the width is 23". The inside measurement of the basket total width is 20". and the depth to the window from the top edge is about 10 1/2 inches. The 11" measurement is the height of the entire window basket, including the edge of the bottom suction cup.
