Important Reminders:
1. Please use indoors.
2. Please change the water and clean the fountain once a week.
3. The highest water level is 3/4 of the bowl height and the lowest water level is more than the water outlet of the pump. Sometimes loud fountains are the consequence of a low water level or a dirty impeller. Please make sure the water level is high enough and clean the pump impeller according to the instructions.
4. To prevent the activated carbon dust (it will not harm your pets) from shedding, please soak the filter in water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under running water before use. The filter should be changed every 2-4 weeks. Replace the filter sponge once a month.
5. Please keep the cable away from pets chewing it.
Water pump cleaning instructions
Step 1: remove the pump cover and remove the impeller cover.
Step 2: cover the impeller with the ring of the brush handle and take it out.
Step 3: clean the parts with a brush, soap and warm water.
