Thanks to the training time we have put in with a Spring Pole our pets are used to our commands to remain exactly where they are, disengage in an activity, or simply obey commands to display proper manners in public, especially with children and elderly. Specifications: Each of our Spring Poles comes with 1 Rope toy that measures 21 inches. Two 7 inch snap hooks that are over a half inch in diameter. Two 15 inch Springs that together can hold a rope toy with a dog weighing between 40-120 pounds. A Spring Pole is intended to be hung from a secure framework. A chain, webbing or strong rope would meet the requirement to support the weight of your pet on the toy. We have two dogs which weigh 60lbs each. They both play and hang on the toy. When completely assembled and using the Rope toy we provide the complete assembly that measures approximately 4 feet. What sets our Spring Poles apart is the amount of weight the springs can support while at the same time allowing for plenty of deflection to keep your pets from injuring it's jaw, teeth, neck or overall joints. You want your pet to get their exercise without getting hurt. That is why we recommend to gage your pets level of athleticism.
