Installation & Use Tips: 1. take one Brand New cylindrical filter from the sealed bag 2. soak in the water for a few minutes, and Rinse under tap water about 50 seconds. These two steps for clear the new charcoal particles outside the filter. 3. Watch out the water flow is getting slowly after you replace the new filter in it each time. because the bottom of the charcoal filter may catch up hair, debris and dust to blocked the pump. 4. Uaually replace filter every 2 to 4 weeks. But you might be change it more often if you have big dog or multiple pets.
