*Mister Max P-Bath Urine Pre-Treat Conditioner is a Ph. neutralizer that will prepare contaminated carpet and fabric for effective remediation with Anti-Icky-Poo Odor Removers. Use when other products were previously used unsuccessfully

*Removes yellowing from urine contaminated areas and stabilizes urine affected dyes and adds stain resistance

*Apply liberally to the affected area and let sit for 15 – 30 minutes. Soak up with hot water extraction or towels. Immediately follow with Anti-Icky-Poo products

*To be used if other cleaners or solvents have not worked before using "Anti Icky Poo"
